In-between Liebherr’s more than 60 exhibits of real machinery in the incredible 14,000-square-meter booth, the new Liebherr LRB 18 drilling rig with a vibrator and the A910 mobile excavator were just two fascinating new models.
Both are manufactured by the German company, NZG, and show amazing details while being fully functional—just like the real machines. All major dimensions, such as the undercarriage width and overall height, are correctly transferred into the 1/50 scale.

The undercarriage is extendible for better stability during work and is fully functional on the model. The three-web grousers are authentic and rotate easily. A spring-loaded idler provides enough, but not too much, tension. All bottom rollers are fully movable, which is a nice detail. The sprocket features the Liebherr name on its front and the screws are nicely indicated. Right beside the sprocket is a silver-colored metal step, which allows easy access to the cab.
