Don Nelson, a retired insurance agent in Orrville, Ohio, grew up around trucks, but, contrary to his childhood dream, he never became a truck driver.
“My interest in trucks began because both my grandpa, Greg Myers, and my neighbor, Dick Sidle, owned trucking companies,” he said.
Nelson’s grandfather owned G.R. Myers Motor Transportation, which hauled boiler parts for Babcock & Wilcox out of Barberton, Ohio.
